DR. CLIFTON L. PEAY

American Eye Center is the private ophthalmology practice of Dr. Clifton L. Peay, who specializes in diabetes, glaucoma, refractive, cataract, laser, and anterior segment surgery. He received training from one of U.S News and World Reports'  top ten Ophthalmology Residency Programs at the University of Michigan. He is a National Thought Leader in Ophthalmology, who practices cutting edge technology medicine for superior patient outcomes. Additionally, Dr. Peay currently serves as the Ophthalmic Chair of the Roman Barnes Society and is a National Association surgical ophthalmic moderator. As a physician, who is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Peay upholds the tenets of medical integrity by educating patients about their diagnoses in order to produce precise results.

Beyond just focusing on his training, Dr. Peay also requires his clinical and administrative staff to engage in continuous education to enhance their proficiency in servicing his patients.
